Currently in theaters or about to be released theatrically or on DVD, three extremely important documentaries about the miscarriage of justice in the American legal system will raise public awareness and, hopefully, lead to much needed monitoring and/or reform. The cases, which have all been resolved, albeit not perfectly, may be extreme, but they are, unfortunately, not extraordinarily.
Make sure to include all of these on your watch list:
- The Central Park Five - In theaters from November 23.
- West of Memphis - In theaters from December 25.
- The Paradise Lost Trilogy - Available on DVD from November 6.
