IDFA has announced that sixteen films will be in competition for for the VPRO IDFA Best Feature Length Documentary Award at the 2012 International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam, taking place from November 14 to 25.
The award winner receives a € 12,500 cash prize.
This year, the five member Best Feature Length Documentary jury panel consists of Susan Froemke (USA), Michael Glawogger (Austria), Maria Goos (the Netherlands), Jørgen Leth (Denmark) and Kenneth Turan (USA). Read the annotated list of films in competition.
